This is our first organic Ethiopian coffee of 2021, a little bit later than expected but what a beauty!!
For years we have been buying coffees from the Guji region and have consistently found them to be very expressive and flavour intensive. This particular lot from the Uraga station has the typical Guji tropical fruit characteristics as well as great structure, layered florals, tealike mouthfeel and so much balance! Perfect for filter coffee as well as espresso!
